the new archive collection album "from nought to nowhere"
3 years after the fabulous first archive collection "lest we forget" comes the next full time album with 18 unreleased tracks "from nought to nowhere" ( all tracks created and recorded between 1995 and 1999 )

throbberstalk - the project was based in southern germany and tried do combine harsh industrial sounding vocals with movie score like orchestral melodies. the recording process was experimental as all tracks were arranged live, that means that all loops, sounds and patterns were created and then recorded by chance without any specific plan and while the single components became a song the vocals were added absolutely live. after that all song parts were deleted so that there was no possibility to reprocess a track.
influenced by industrial (spk, haus arafna, blackhouse), ebm (wumpscut, placebo effect), neo classical bands (stoa, in the nursery) they created a sound that is cold, wild, rough and with a seducing sweetness.
throbberstalk recorded tracks from 1995 to 1999.
before throbberstalk there was a short time project named "die kinder des zerfalls" (the children of decay) and a project influenced by german gothic bands like das ich named "non omnis moriar".
throbberstalk performed live on two occasions in 1996 (one with noisex, one with kirlian camera).
wumpscut was impressed by "adonai disease" (on 40 wings-compilation) so he used basic patterns and sounds for "pest" (on embryodead-cd).
monopolrecords discovered the original releases of throbberstalk that were extremely limited.
